Howdy folks!
We wanted to wrangle up some excitement and share the rootin’-tootin’ fun our little buckaroos had to celebrate Texas Independence Day! Our Pre-K posse saddled up for a day filled with Lone Star pride and Western adventures!
First off, our little Texans got their vocal cords warmed up by learning to sing “Deep in the Heart of Texas”! Trust us, you’ve never heard anything cuter than a group of pint-sized cowpokes belting out this classic tune with gusto!
Then it was time to mosey on over to the chuckwagon for some hearty chili! Our little wranglers gobbled it up faster than a tumbleweed rolling in the wind!
But the fun didn’t stop there! We rustled up some Western-themed activities that had our little cowpokes grinnin’ from ear to ear. From making sheriff’s badges to lassoing pretend cattle, our kiddos were as happy as a pig in mud!
We’re mighty proud of our little Texans and their spunky spirit as they celebrated the great state of Texas and its Independence Day. It was a hoot and a holler of a good time!
