STEM Night at Robertson

STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics) Night gave Robertson students, parents, and community an opportunity to get “down and dirty” with engaging activities and presentations. We made Oobleck, tested magnetism, built straw rockets, colored food chains,¬†graphed with Starburst, engineered structures with marshmallows and spaghetti, solved math problems online, tested how symmetrical our faces are, learned about tornados, and looked at the stars!

Special thanks to Austin Christian Fellowship-Round Rock for providing pizza and water, Robertson PTA for help serving, KVUE Weatherman Nathan Gogo for presenting, and Austin Nature and Science Center for providing the planetarium tours.
